Why request a paid brief when the records are public?
The free comparison shows published fields side by side. The planned Shortlist Research Brief would have a researcher check dates and sources, explain differences and recurring CMS citation topics where the records support them, and write questions for your shortlist. The Facility Deep Dive would spend that review time on one home’s identity, inspection trail, and unclear or conflicting public fields. You would receive a dated evidence list so you can check the work yourself.
Both scopes need fulfillment pilots before sales open. $39 and $129 are provisional U.S.-dollar prices. A request starts a conversation; it is not an order.
